Do not upload images of individuals who have not consented to this use
Do not upload, process, or generate any content depicting minors in any sexual context
Do not use the service to harass, defame, or harm any individual
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
Do not circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or access controls
Do not distribute generated content in ways that violate applicable laws

4. Content Policy

Zero tolerance: Any attempt to generate content depicting minors will result in immediate permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All generated content is for personal use only. You are solely responsible for how you use, store, and distribute any content generated through the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its underlying AI models are the intellectual property of createporn.porn. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Content you generate using your own uploaded photos is owned by you, subject to these Terms.

6. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. No refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, createporn.porn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless createporn.porn from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
